This kit lets you build a detailed 1/48 scale model of the Grumman F8F Bearcat, in a special USS Tarawa livery. It supports construction as either the F8F1 or F8F2 variant, providing flexibility in how you display your finished model.
The Bearcat was a fast, agile Navy fighter developed toward the end of WWII, and this limited edition commemorative version captures both its rugged fighter heritage and the carrier context of Tarawa.
